People often ask, “How did Wrangler Solutions become a leading name in oil and gas engineering services?” The journey began over two decades ago, rooted in a moment that would shape the company’s future.
At the time, Mr. Chris Raymond Todd, a seasoned oil and gas engineer, was consulting on an offshore platform project. During an inspection, he was invited to view a newly commissioned drilling platform — a technological marvel with world-class equipment and infrastructure. Yet, despite its impressive construction, the facility was underperforming, producing only half its expected capacity. The issue? A critical flaw in the early-stage engineering design.
This realization sparked Mr. Todd’s vision: to build a company that would prioritize precision from the ground up — ensuring that every engineering project was not only well-constructed but also strategically, safely, and efficiently designed from the outset.
In 2009, Mr. Todd founded Wrangler Solutions with a clear mission: to deliver technically sound, safety-driven, and highly efficient oil and gas engineering services. The company began as a focused consultancy and quickly evolved into a full-service engineering firm — offering everything from front-end design and compliance verification to construction oversight and lifecycle project management.
After establishing a strong reputation in Europe, Mr. Todd relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he expanded the company’s U.S. operations and formed a strategic partnership with the Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company in St. Michaels, AZ. This move not only broadened the company’s reach but also deepened its commitment to sustainable energy development and regional collaboration.
